Warranty Document for Solid Surface Washbasins

We, Guch Design, are committed to offering a guarantee for our uniquely designed washbasins made of solid surface. This guarantee is valid from the date of purchase by the customer and covers the following aspects:

1. Material and Manufacturing Guarantee:

We guarantee our sinks to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This includes defects in the structure of the sink, cracks not attributable to misuse and manufacturing problems.

2. Proper Use and Maintenance:

This warranty is subject to proper use and maintenance of our products. Customers are expected to follow the care and cleaning instructions provided with the sink to ensure its durability and optimal performance.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.
  • Alterations, modifications or repairs made by third parties not authorized by Guch Design.
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals or cleaners not recommended for solid surfaces.
  • Damage caused by extreme temperature conditions or severe impacts.

Warranty Claims Procedure:

Should you experience an issue covered by this warranty, you must contact Guch Design within the warranty period with the original proof of purchase. We reserve the right to evaluate and determine the validity of any warranty claim before proceeding with a repair or replacement.

Limitations of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the sink, as determined by Guch Design. We are not liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

What material are Guch Design sinks made of?

Our sinks are made from Solid Surface, a blend of ISO NPG resin and mineral filler, created in our own workshop.
It is a non-porous, durable, repairable, and silky-smooth material, ideal for intensively used bathrooms or high-end spaces.

Where are the parts manufactured?

All Guch Design pieces are designed and manufactured in Spain, using a handcrafted process that is carefully controlled down to the last detail.
Each sink belongs to a limited, numbered and certified edition.

Can I customize the color or finish?

Yes. Although our limited editions come in gloss white, we can design special finishes or custom shades for specific projects.

How are sinks installed?

Guch Design sinks are installed directly on the countertop, fixed with neutral silicone.
They do not require additional anchors or tap drilling.
They are designed to fit any type of countertop or surface.

Do they include a valve or faucet?

No. Our sinks are delivered without a valve or faucet, so you can freely combine them with the pieces of your choice.

They are compatible with standard sink valves.

How do you clean them?

Solid Surface allows for easy cleaning and no special maintenance.
Just use water and neutral soap.
For stubborn stains, a soft sponge with non-abrasive household products can be used (bleach, alcohol or KH-7 do not alter the material).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our sinks to any destination.
Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped protected, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and CE documentation.

What is the delivery time?

It depends on the model and availability.
Sinks are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks.
If the piece is in production, we'll keep you informed throughout the entire process.
